I'm beginning to rethink this - Logos 8 will not run
I've tries loading the zip file I created but it won't allow me put in the post.

So, I've been on the phone and in chat conversations for 4 hours trying to get my Logos 8 upgrade to work. I downloaded the file after purchase and when I attempted to launch the application, it brings me to a login screen. When I log in to the app, it brings me to "preparing your library." Once there, it acts like its going to do something and then goes away.

I'm definitely not an expert at the intricacies. But in this thread I see 4 posts from Jeffrey but a post count of 3. Might Jeffery have multiple email addresses?

Contact page => https://www.logos.com/contact includes email addresses (tech seems appropriate for help getting Logos 8 to run)
Logos Wiki includes Diagnostic Logging (without diagnostic log files, humanly have no idea about crash cause). One cause for "Preparing Library" to not finish is lack of storage space. Logos Wiki has => Installation and Indexing Questions

Right, except I don't clearly have two accounts. Jeffrey and Jeffery are not the same. Besides, what difference would that make? Regardless, I was looking for help and, believe it or not, this isn't helping.

I removed one e-mail (university .edu) as I don't use it anymore. If that clears things up for everyone.

Personally have two Faithlife accounts: one has had wallet cry [:'(] many times while my other account has an order total of $ 0.00 (both have purchases). The order total of $ 0.00 is useful for demonstrating free Bible Study capabilities.
If an account does not have any purchases, logging into Logos 8 with that account could cause "Preparing Library" to appear for awhile followed by disappearing.
Forum editor has a paper clip, which is useful for attaching zip file that has diagnostic logs (allows Faithlife and other users to investigate cause of Logos 8 not running).
