From zip to perfection - a roadmap to Verbum 8

Okay, Verbum users got the wrong end of the stick this time by accident but most of it will be fixed quickly and we are very close to some really great capabilities:

Here's where I see Verbum 8 as needed repairs/enhancements:

• Correct the behavior of the Lectionary Card https://community.logos.com/forums/p/173726/1003843.aspx#1003843 
• Correct the behavior of the Saints Card or reissue the Saints resource [May open the feature to handle sanctoral cycles other than Catholic] also https://community.logos.com/forums/p/173726/1003843.aspx#1003843 
• Expand Daily Devotional to recognize liturgical date [will open another class of resources for devotional use] https://community.logos.com/forums/p/173726/1003875.aspx#1003875  & https://community.logos.com/forums/p/173726/1003880.aspx#1003880 
• Expand Workflow to handle a liturgical date and multiple readings [will open sermon and lay preparation for service options]
• Add a "companion text" section - similar to important passages but driven off lectionaries i.e. the passages that the Church has seen as sufficiently related as to belong in the same service.
• Apparently, corrections to the automatic collections. This is now underway. We should see the correction in a couple of weeks or so.

Yep these would be great!  The Lectionary card definitely has some missing things that I wish we had from V7.
