BUG: Quickstart video problem
Tried watching the quickstart videos this morning and received the error, "We couldn't access the media you're trying to play." I watched several videos without problem but received the error message while trying to watch "Getting Ready to Study: Survey the Desktop".
Internet speed is at 177 Mbits/sec on a 2017 Macbook pro so speed is not an issue and I am having no other internet issues.

It plays most videos but won't play some at all?
That's not Mac issue... that's a bug that only affects the Mac OS.
The software is supposed to work on a Mac without issue.

I'm getting the same exact error for this one video. Is there a solution to this?

None of mine play on my PC but they work fine on my Android Tablet so I watch them there. [Tried the fix support sent me and that did not help]

I’m having the exact same issue on Mac and on mobile. Could really use a fix.

Hi Folks
Just a quick workaround. I was able to access the missing video via the Logos web app at app.logos.com. I've logged a call with support about the issue in the application and on mobile, but at least I can get on learning Logo 8 now.
