WF Editor Suggestion: Deep Link Notes

Please add deep linking to WF notes so that clicking the workflow anchor in the note opens the WF to the exact step where the note is located. 

Related bug: please simply shift focus (if necessary) when clicking the workflow anchor rather than continuing to open new instances of the WF.
