Importing Animated GIFS

Does anyone know it you are able to import animated GIFS in to proclaim if so how? Thanks!

if you have a link to the gif like from the web, you can paste it into a WebPage service Item and Proclaim will load it fullscreen with a black background and play it.
But if you add it to an item like a normal image it won't play
