Suggestion: Workflow Share to Sermon Field
When the user create a Custom Workflow, there are the options to Share Text and Share Media. It would be great if there could be a Share with Sermon field as well. This would provide the possibility to include steps for writing the actual sermon draft in a workflow. I know there could be some difficulties in actually creating such a feature. I'm just dreaming about this while I'm creating a Sermon from a custom workflow.

Pieter I'm trying to envision what this would actually look like in the real world. Could you help flesh this out a little more?
Currently, on the expository sermon prep workflow there is a whole section about creating your sermon in a sermon document. Are you looking for something different?

When I review my Interpretation Phase to formulate key features of the Sermon like the Theme, Central Proposition, Outline, opening statement, illustrations, applications etc... Those formulations are a deduction from all the steps I followed up to a certain point. If it's possible to type those formulations in a textbox as part of the steps in a WorkFlow and only they can send to a Sermon Draft, the original "draft" are preserved in the WorkFlow but a separate Sermon Document are already populated with those specific items as a draft to apply the finishing touches. The draft can then be reused and improved over time to create several other final sermons.
The idea is to basically work in the WorkFlow only up until your draft is finished. WorkFlows are then used like a Wizard to compile a Sermon Draft. Because WorkFlows can be customized they can actually then serve as a Sermon Template as well.
I hope this clarify the application possibilities for a real world situation.

Thanks, Pieter. Workflow responses are saved as notes in the Notes tool. We have plans to add "Send these notes to Sermon" functionality in the Notes tool, which could support the kind of draft-creation scenario you suggest. This is really good idea, but it will be a while before we are in a position to implement it.
