BUG: In Notes apostrophe cancels text formatting

Hello,

Thanks for the new Notes Editor. So far it works very well and I'm thankful to see improvements are already planned.  I've noticed one glitch.  If I add any text formatting while typing (bold, italic, underline) and then type an apostrophe (or quote mark) then the editor automatically cancels the text formatting without any further interaction from me.  Here's a picture.

I'm running 8.0 SR-1

Hey Jason, this was also reported at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/175115.aspx and I can also verify this behavior in the web app as well.
