Getting Workflows to work!

I have just purchased Verbum 8, the starter package, upgrading from the free Verbum 7 package, because I want to use workflows. However, I just can't find out how to do it.  The Help screen tells me to select "Workflows" from the Guides menu, but it's not there!

Any suggestions welcome

    I've solved it immediately after posting this, it's because I hadn't deleted the Verbum 7 app!
