We have Song Select connected to our Proclaim account. But my account it works fine, but our music minister created a separate account so he could add songs from home. He doesn’t see the Song Select songs on his account. Any idea why this is?
Does he have his own login? He may need to link the account in his instance of Proclaim if he is logging in with his own email and password. I don't think linking one account in SongSelect will apply to different individuals in the group.
