Licensing / Subscription requirements for state camp

Hi there,

We are planning to use proclaim for our Queensland Baptist State Youth Camp in January.  What are the subscription requirements.

There are four speakers, two of us are from churches that have active subscriptions to proclaim.

Can we piggy back of those existing subscriptions or do we need to purchase another subscription for the month?

Proclaim licenses are per physical site (e.g. church campus). However, usage at a special event like a camp is fine. I'm not a lawyer but this does not violate the spirit of the current license terms. Hope it goes well for you! [:D]
