Incorrect Button Pop-Up Description in Library Drop Down Window

When you click the Library to open the Library in a drop down screen, there's a button that when you hover over it has the pop-up description: "Open in a floating window."

However, when you actually click this button, it does not open the Library in a floating window, it opens it in a docked panel. Can the pop-up description be corrected to say "Open in a docked panel" or "Open in a new tab" or something similar?

I think this button was meant to open the library in a floating window (the icon suggesting that) so the bug is not the button description, but that it works wrongly. I'd rather have the developers fix the bug!

It's more likely at one point it was meant to open the library in a floating window but then they later decided to make it open in a docked tab and never changed the button description. I don't know how they could just accidentally write some code to make the button open in a docked tab when we haven't had this button before in previous versions. So they probably decided to intentionally make that change but never changed the button description. Also, since Morris Proctor's training videos highlight that functionality, it was probably intentional and not a bug.

I actually like that it opens in a docked tab better than a floating window. I usually drag it to a tab anyway so I welcome having the button. One way or the other it should be fixed. Either make it do what the description says, or change the description to match what it does.

It looks like this still hasn't been fixed. Bumping this just to make sure it didn't get lost among all of the more important fixes/changes.

I vote for changing the description.

[Y] and have Shift+ Click -> Open in a floating Window; function persist.

It probably will, because you can always right-click the Library icon to do the same thing.
