Connection Cards on Digital Bulletins

I'm testing now, buying soon - but this particular area seems to need some help from the Faithlife team.

Unless I am mistaken, all connection card data must be downloaded manually.  That's a problem.  Connection card data needs to be forwarded to an inbox, as this creates a very tedious extra step that is easy to accidentally neglect.

I would be very pleased if an option was provided to either receive one email per connection card, or one email on a designated day of the week with all connection cards in a .csv file that were submitted during the previous week.

Furthermore, in my testing, the .csv file only contains headers, even when I have filled out the card multiple times.  The data that should be present is missing.

As it is, I don't feel that I can use the digital bulletin at all (or features associated, like the Bible Quiz) because I'm afraid that connection card information will be lost.

Thanks for your consideration!

    Hello Nick,

Thanks for the feedback and recommendations on how to improve the contact cards.  This is something we are going to look into improving so that it fits better with everyone's workflow and is more accessible.

As for the current functionality not working, we'll do some testing and investigate it.  Would you be able to link me to your digital bulletin that you tried filling out unsuccessfully?  It may help us locate what is going on.

Thanks Justin.  I deleted the attempts since I'm testing.  I'll test more this week and look you if it happens again.

    Hey Nick,

Any chance you could provide us with the steps you are taking? We are having a hard time replicating the behavior you are experiencing.

The steps I took were the following:

    1. Went to Faithlife.com
    2. Went to content > bulletins
    3. Opened the published bulletin
    4. Filled in the information from the contact card
    5. submitted the response
    6. downloaded the response and opened the csv file

All was done on desktop as well as mobile. What platform are you running from? Desktop or mobile? If mobile, were you on the web or the Faithlife app?

Those were my exact steps.  I have to apologize - we have had a death in the family and my week isn't taking the shape I expected.  I will return to testing as soon as I am able.  Thanks!

I know that I am late to this post, but I was wondering if anything has been updated so that connection cards are now emailed to an admin or otherwise, or does each bulletin have to be downloaded for the responses still?
