Unresolved references in the "Lost Sermons of C.H. Spurgeon"

I suspect there's a bug in the converter.

At first glance, it appears to me that these are internal hyperlinks designed for certain ebook versions of the resource. Since the links point to a different version of the resource, the links are broken within the app.

That's OK. I purchased volume one in Logos and 2 and 3 from Kindle.
