New Collections take a long time to appear in dropdowns

I've just created a new collection to use with searches. It was created a few minutes ago, and still it does not appear in the search window under "search in". The collection does exist because i checked in "Collections".

Is there some step required to force L4 to update its database of available collections?

And shouldn't be a step but I wonder what happens if you restart Logos?

Open another collection (from B1/B2 experience). I just deleted a collection and added one, opened a different colllection and everything was OK in Search.

But I just created a collection and found it almost straight away!
