Book does not appear in the Mobile App

I recently purchased Imagine the Fall of Jericho. I can see the book on my Desktop, but the title does not appear in any of the mobile apps. Does anybody else run into this issue? How can it be fixed?

I don't have the book so can't check
Try entering the command "rebuild index" in the search box on the homepage and leave it for a few minutes to run
