Adding a $0.00 item costs $9.99 instead. Please advise.
Searching the store for "workflow" returns the following (note all listed as zero dollars):
But when added to the shopping cart, the prices change:
David, this has been observed by others. Your first pick is free, then all others are $9.99. We haven't heard why this is so (either why one is free or why all are not free), but you can take one you'd like.
I suspect the result will be a lot of users (including me) who end up with the first one in the list, because they started there thinking they would all be free.
I am usually in the camp of defending Logos' pricing, but $9.99 is stupidly expensive for a workflow (especially for people who have bought the datasets or subscribe to Connect and think that this smells a lot more like a program feature than a book). I hope they are eventually treated like shared documents instead of products, or at the very least are made free. I will get the one free one, but cannot imagine why anybody would pay for others instead of just making their own.

Thank you so much for reporting this! There was an error with the way that the discount was set up. It should be fixed now, can you try again?
Now that I "purchased" one of the $0.00 items as instructed by your support stat via chat, all of the others in the store are now $9.99
No, not fixed :-(
Christina, I think you've only caused greater confusion by not telling us HOW this was supposed to work in the first place.
Were they ALL supposed to be free? If so, those of us who took a free one yesterday now find all the rest are $9.99. That would need to be fixed.
Were NONE supposed to be free? If so, some of us did get one for free but others will be expecting the same. That would need to be fixed or addressed.
Please explain.
On why workflow cost $10 ?? It amazes me Logos is doing micro-transaction ...
These should have come automatically with L8 despite the failures with Notes and lack of new features in L8.
I accidentally bought the John Piper's workflow... and maan.... I cant believe how they would charge $10 for something they didn't create... it was just copy paste from Piper's book. Much more, the workflow is very disappointing. Not even worth $.99
Lastly, I don't know why Logos becoming greedy by charging workflow for $10 when the workflow itself is mediocre. They basically just ask you simple basic questions you already know. Everything in there are basically from the old Passage Guide and Topical Guide. It doesn't do any of major work that you need.
Sorry about that, I made one more adjustment—does it work for you now?

Mark,
I apologize for the lack of clarity.
Last year, we offered five free workflows to people who purchased Logos 8 before the end of 2018. If you fit the criteria, you should have been sent an email this week, letting you know that four of them are ready. In order to access them, you need to check out with the workflows in your cart. All four should have shown up in the store as free to anyone who qualifies for the discount.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake when I set up the discount. My mistake caused our systems to only discount one workflow, rather than all of them. I've made two adjustments to the way the discount was set up, which I think should fix it. If you qualify for the discount, you should be able to click here to add all of the workflows to the cart (the cart should remove the one that you own already).
The end result should be that if you qualified for the discount, you should get all four for free (even if you already checked out with one of them).
Does this clarify things? Let me know if you are still having issues with it so I can make sure that it's working as expected.

Email came today saying redeem the workflows and all were free.
