Sermon Notes on Confidence Monitor?

Is there currently a way to display the sermon notes on the confidence monitor?  The ability for the pastor to be the only one to see the notes, while the congregation sees the slide, would be a fantastic tool - and a feature that as far as I know, only ProPresenter offers.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Edit:  I see the ability to put the notes on a separate screen.  I would love a confidence monitor option in the sermon editor - or some way to get sermon notes on the confidence monitor if that function doesn't currently exist.

    Greetings Nick

Not to answer your question because none of the small churches that I visit aspires to anything so sophisticated as a confidence monitor!

Out of interest; how do you change the slides during the sermon?

I use the Proclaim remote app on my iPad with a split screen. Proclaim is in the narrowest setting the iPad will allow and I have my notes in pages along side. In 'Presenter Mode' pages can act just like a telly prompter and that is a facility that I sometimes use.

The set up on the iPad allows me to control the presentation to fit what I am saying and allows the full text of the sermon to be seen at the same time.

How do you set about the task?

That's interesting - I haven't visited many churches without a confidence monitor recently.

When I used ProPresenter, I would put my notes on the confidence monitor and scroll through them with a presentation remote.  The congregation would see one slide, while my notes were hidden on the confidence monitor.

That's the only thing I miss about ProPresenter. I miss the easy interface of EasyWorship, too. Otherwise, everything about Proclaim is an improvement over other worship presentation software I've used.

FWIW, Our congregation of less than 100 worshipers in rural Kansas is moving from bulletin board to digital signage and putting a confidence monitor in the back of our sanctuary. Our children's ministry already sets ups a separate laptop and old video projector to show lyrics on the back wall when our children do a program. We're just tidying up the process a little.

With limited/unreliable bandwidth I've gone back to paper sermon notes. I used to preach from a Microsoft Surface tablet and before that an ipad. Personally, I'm just more relaxed in the pulpit if I don't have to scroll or flip digital pages or worry about screensavers or tablets going into sleep mode.

samples of the notes (with projection cues) that I provide our volunteers is available in this thread - https://faithlife.com/posts/1700251

Hi David great to make contact.

As I am now only 67 (68) in a few weeks  I guess it is a case of horses for courses. We younger ones are just more relaxed with the technology.
