We can't trim one of our sermons recorded in Proclaim

A Sunday before sevice started and the pre-sevice loop was looping, the guy operating the presentation tested a little and was passing the start record cue.

Now we have a sermon recording with some tuning of instruments and some mick testing in the beginning. When we try to delete this part in the beginning it's not possible. The same is true with the part in the end of the record.

This unwanted parts is only greyed out after the delete command but still there and it is still published together with the sermon. Can someone please help us with this?

    Thanks for the report Ebbe,

    We are currently investigating and will get back to you once we know more. Right now our test are coming up with similar results, but the results are not the same every time.
