Bug Beta 4: Sorting Library by License gives strange results

The number of Temporary resources is correct! But the twelve shown are the temporary ones "On the Device".

The number of Permanent resources is correct, and 2137 resources are listed!

This is connected with the issue I had scanning files from a backup that included all my resources. No temporary resources were "On Device" after the installation and download of Recommended resources (Beta 4).

The twelve shown are now also the only temporary resources I have in v8.2 and Logos 7!!

137 temporary resources are missing from Library in my stable installations (they are still in the Resources folder).

EDIT: Explained by my Connect subscription expiring at the wrong time...

But the situation is still not handled properly in Beta 4 (as shown above). Also, the 137 with expired licenses are shown as "Not on this device", and they are still "Downloading.." in the Library Info panel.
