Print the table of contents side bar in outline form
I hope the title makes sense. In this book, Missiology, it has a very detailed table of contents in the sidebar. It serves as a great outline when all the points are expended. I read/listen to the chapters, and then I go back and write a short paper about my reading for school. Instead of looking through the book as a reminder, the outline serves me well enough that I can go off of it. Other than making a screenshot, does anyone know a way to print the table of contents out in the outline form that it appears in the sidebar? (The table of contents at the beginning of the book isn't nearly as detailed.)

Sorry but I don't know of a way to do that - earlier discussions at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/157166.aspx (for example) suggest it is something people would like!

As a workaround, you could export the whole resource to Word, then use Word's Outlining feature to produce your outline. Most of the steps outlined here will help you do this.
