Is Verbum 8 Clergy Starter supposed to have an academic discount applied to it? (At the moment, it doesn't.)

I also notice that the Verbum 8 Fundamental doesn't appear to have dynamic pricing activated.

Verbum 8 Fundamentals, like Logos 8 Fundamentals, is not meant to have dynamic pricing, unless FL has recently changed their minds. The blue sale banners on Verbum.com saying "Enjoy Logos 8" on that product page are an error, however.
Both Fundamentals and Clergy Starter were released subsequent to the original Verbum/Logos 8 launch.

The Verbum 8 Clergy Starter package is now part of the Academic Discount program. It is also able to take advantage of Dynamic Pricing.
Just to confirm--Verbum 8 Fundamentals does not have and is not meant to have Dynamic Pricing.

While I do understand the reasoning behind lack of dynamic pricing of the fundamentals packaging, I still see it as short sighted. And possibly giving people the wrong impression. By giving no discount to starter packages it disincentives purchase and may even wrongly lead people to misunderstand the great concept of dynamic pricing. Now for those who have received fundamental as a gift they might have no to little complaints but for those who paid full price to decide 6 months later they want a starter or bronze but get no discount may leave a bitter taste in their mouth.

Dan,
If you own Fundamentals and then purchase Starter or Bronze, your purchase of Starter or Bronze will be dynamically priced. But if you already own a package and then purchase Fundamentals, your purchase of Fundamentals will not be dynamically priced.
So the person you describe, who purchases Fundamentals and then six months later decides to purchase Bronze, will have Bronze dynamically priced.

I miss Verbum 8 Clergy Starter. I wish there was a Verbum 9 Clergy Starter that I could recommend to folks. And buy, if it had anything I don't already own.
