I would agree but it seems I got only 10% off this one... i wonder if the pricing is broken?

No. The discount increases, the larger the bundle, starting at 10% off for S, up to 30% off for XL.

It's 30% off XL, 20% off L, 15% off M and 10% off S.

A few years ago, they had half off (50%) on the expansion libraries WITH your first purchase of the newly released Logos Library (#?).
