No. The discount increases, the larger the bundle, starting at 10% off for S, up to 30% off for XL.
It's 30% off XL, 20% off L, 15% off M and 10% off S.

That must be what I was thinking of. I remember the L7 expansions being delayed and the L7 upgraders getting special discounts. Thx!
