Grey tools (unavailable)

I have a few tools like the sermon tool, sentence diagrammer, and also a few others that are grey and say currently unavailable but I don't see any indication why.

    Hi Joel,

    Welcome to the forums.

    Fl offers different tiers (e.g., Basic, Starter, Full) of features that you can unlock by subscribing to or buying the appropriate feature upgrade.

    All features and tools show up in the program, but if you don’t have a license for a particular feature, it would be grayed out and unavailable.

    Were these features available for you in the past?

    Did you have a subscription that lapsed, or perhaps never owned the feature to begin with?

    Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
