Apps crash on iPad and iPhone
Logos mobile app (and Faithlife ebooks) have been crashing on my iPad and iPhone for a while now. Is anyone else having the same problem? Everything is up to date but after a few minutes, sometimes even seconds, apps crash. I tried reinstalling the apps got but it didn’t help.

12.3.1 I have a ton of space. Anywhere from 1 to 100. I tried using the app on my iPhone and iPad result is the same.

It sounds like a unique problem to you... which may mean 1) your account or 2) your internet. Have you tried using a different internet source? If that doesn't work, you may want to send in logs. To do so, go to "support" and "report a problem." You will have to be quick if it crashes within seconds!
Oh, one other thing to try:
Go into iOS settings and find Logos Bible. Turn on the "Reset Workspace" switch.
