Send a message to person running presentation?

At our church, I create the initial presentation and then someone else comes in Sunday morning to run it. Is there a way to display a message or notes to the person running the software, that they see right when they open the program? It'd be nice to be able to send clarifications this way rather than having to meet with the person.

    Hi Amy, you could use the Stage Directions for this. You can add a StageDirection cue by going to Add Item > Cues > Stage Direction.

    Essentially, you place it anywhere in the order of service, add some notes, and the operator will see the notes when the get to the cue. The title is also visible in the Order of service so it can bring clarity to certain sections.

    I have used them during a worship night when one particular group of songs was not in a definite order and I wanted the operator to know that.
