May the Web App be used on any compatible computer?

In another thread, the question was raised as to whether FL customers are permitted by the FL TOS to access the web app on devices they do not own (e.g., computers in a library or a computer lab in an educational institution). A TOS-based argument was made that FL customers are not allowed to do so.

Would FL be so kind as to please answer this question? Thank you.

    Hi there. You are allowed to sign in to your own account and access the web app on any device, whether that device is shared or not. (But you are not allowed to let other people use your account, except in some special cases, eg. with your spouse.)
