Switching around cables and cleaning in our booth. Testing everything and proclaim suddenly can't recognize the audio for recording. The USB device is there, but it doesn't capture any audio. Windows shows it there, but Proclaim doesn't. Ideas?

Is this USB box new?
Have you checked your drivers and made sure they are updated?
If this isn't a new USB box can we make sure we are using the same inputs as before.
