BUG: Reading List Links

Open the reading list for Peter. You will notice at the top two lines are "Click here to add resources" links, one is bulleted, one is not. The hyperlinked "here" works for the bulleted statement, but doesn't for the unbulleted. I would prefer the statement be unbulleted so that it does not appear as a resource.
