No Page Numbers in Lexham Works?

I'm just getting ready to read The Lion of Princeton in Logos, and I notice that there are no page numbers provided. That's fairly standard for ebooks, but when I go to the product page, I see that it is also available in paperback, and it's listed as having 336 pages. So, obviously pagination has been done at some point.
Any chance of getting page numbers in Logos resources such as this?
