Logos 8 will not start on my desktop. Blue icon comes up then a box stating library is being indexed and may take awhile, but then it closes. It works okay on my mobile device.

We need to see some diagnostic files (Mac or Windows?) to help you. Please read carefully, and attach the 'zip' file using the paper-clip icon.

Attach the current log files which are in C:\Users\kuyal\AppData\Local\Faithlife\Logs\Logos (or paste %LocalAppData%\Faithlife\Logs\Logos\ in File Explorer).
