ATTN FL: Wrong author listed for this book

On the book description page, the author of this book by James K. A. Smith is listed as James Bryan Smith. (It shows up as "James Smith" on the page itself, but if you look at it in search results view you see James Bryan Smith, and if you click on the "James Smith" on the book description page, it takes you to a list of books by James Bryan Smith.

Bump!

This is driving me nuts. James K.A. Smith is in town (Vancouver, BC) for lectures at Regent College right now (I'm going to hear him in the morning), and it is insane that I can't find this book listed in my library when I search for author:"James K. A. Smith". I almost went and bought it on Kindle because I didn't think I had it and had forgotten that it was available in Logos and I'd already bought it.

Please fix this. I know it's an eBook and you don't have control over what metadata comes in with it, but couldn't you please communicate with the publisher and ask them to fix the metadata too? Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It is a function of what we get from the publisher, but I have asked for a manual change to the author's name.

Thanks, Deborah. I know that the metadata will get overridden if you get an update from the publisher, so manual changes are always a risk. Please let the publisher know about their error so they fix it on their end too. This one is really egregious. Thanks!
