Logos 8 won't download resources

I bought a new computer running Windows 10 and installed Logos 8. After installing, I launched the program, was prompted to log in to my Faithlife account, then received a dialog box saying all my resources would download to the computer, but nothing happened. The box doesn't offer selections of resources to prioritize and none of the menu options work. After letting the computer sit with the dialogue box open, I had no choice but to shut down the program. Launching the program produces the same results.
