Logos 8 won't download resources
I bought a new computer running Windows 10 and installed Logos 8. After installing, I launched the program, was prompted to log in to my Faithlife account, then received a dialog box saying all my resources would download to the computer, but nothing happened. The box doesn't offer selections of resources to prioritize and none of the menu options work. After letting the computer sit with the dialogue box open, I had no choice but to shut down the program. Launching the program produces the same results.

At 1:34 in the video he clicks the 'Start Download' button at the bottom right, does anything happen after you select that like in the video?

The dialogue box opens, says I have many resources and recommends I select which to download. It has the drop down in the middle that is defaulted to "download all 538 resources." The box is grayed out and will not let me choose to select any other option. The bottom of the box has a checkbox saying 'automatic downloads,' that I can check and uncheck. There is no "next" button or any other option. The only clickable options are the checkbox and the exit at the top right. Very frustrated and not sure how to fix.

You should call Faithlife Customer Support, as they can help you with a first time installation, and resolve any issues.

Are you using Logos 8 or Logos 9? They have stopped supporting Logos 8. There is a free update at https://www.logos.com/product/194909/logos-9-basic

I went to the website to download logos and it only gives me the option to download logos 8.

Follow the link I provided. Buy Logos 9 Basic for free. It will give a link for Logos 9 when you complete the order.
