Talmud milestones in personal book?

Hi, I don't have any Talmud resource in Logos but I have the Jastrow Dictionary. Can I create my own Talmud (or download one) and use it as a personal book resource so that clicking on the Talmud reference in Jastrow will open the Daf/page?

For example I see the a link in Jastrow to b. Shabbat 104a. What milestone should I use in my personal book that clicking the reference in Jastrow will open my personal book/Talmud on Shabbat 104a?

I want to compile the "Steinsaltz Talmud" from Sefaria. I tried the Talmud in that link but Jastrow doesn't link to it.
