The website Academia has a paper, actually formatted as a book from Lectionary Study Press by Matthew P. Hazell with a forward by Peter A. Kwasniewski titled Index Lectionum: A Comparative Table of Readings for the Ordinary and Extraordinary Forms of the Roman Rite.This provides an invaluable service - the readings in Biblical order.
