BUG: Broken links in TOC of eBook "Nudge" by Leonard Sweet

The links in the TOC go to URLs and if you click on them, they try to go to a non-existent website:

It's not something to be removed or ignored. It's a link to be fixed. I want to be able to click on one of those TOC links and have it jump to the appropriate place within the book, not out to some website.
