Resource text flashes when tapping to show controls on iPad
In scrolling view only, tapping on the screen to show controls will cause the text to flash off and on. This doesn’t happen when a resource is first opened but only after some scrolling has been done. Then every subsequent tap causes the text to flash.
It seems to be limited to the iPad as I couldn’t it reproduce on my iPhone. I don’t recall it happening until recently, so I think it’s a new issue.

In scrolling view only
In addition to what JT asked (is the resource downloaded or not), here are some followup questions:- Which exact resource (or does it happen with every resource)?
- Landscape mode or Portrait mode (or does it happen in both modes)?
- Which exact color scheme (or does it happen in every color scheme)?
- Is your iPad set to use Dark Mode?
- What Text size (or does it happen in every text size)?
- Which Font selection (or does it happen with every Font selection)?
- Which exact iPad device? (The exact iPad device matters. For example, the iPad Pro 11" and 12.9" 3rd Gen devices have display problems that do not occur on other iPad devices).
- Which exact version of iOS?
- Which exact version of the Logos app?tapping on the screen to show controls will cause the text to flash off and on

Hi Todd, We saw this issue in a previous version of the beta, but we believe we have fixed it. Please tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines in lower Right), go to "Help" and make sure that your "Version" is 8.9.0 (47). You should also make sure that notifications are turned on for Test Flight, so that you get notified about updates.

Thanks. I was on the previous release 8.9.0 (41). I do have notifications on. It looks like core problem was that the TestFlight update was failing because my iPad was too full--but it didn't tell me it failed, so I assumed it was current.
The problem is gone for me in build 47.
