I just downloaded the Logos 8 Windows software, and in attempting to install it, I get an error message - "This app can't run on your PC". I am installing to a Windows 10 Pro system running on Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Am I missing something? Thanks!
I run Logos 8 on Windows 10 Pro. I can't think what the problem might be, but I can assure you that it does (or at least should) work without issue on that OS.

Logos system requirements currently includes Windows 10 "Anniversary Update" (1607), or later.
FYI: thread => ANNOUNCEMENT: End of support for Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & MacOS 10.11–10.13 includes reply about Logos 8.11+ will likely need Windows 10 Version 1809 or later.
Logos Help Center (LHC) includes Problem Installing | Landing Page that includes: "If you encounter an error not covered on this page, please contact support for further assistance."
