Unsuitable Storage in Media Browser

I wonder if the developers could have a look at the case where Proclaim is used to support a funeral service.

After two recently where we have been requested to run a carousel of pictures of the deceased in the Pre-Service Loop and Post Service Loop I now find that the Group Upload section has many personal pictures that I am never going to use again and must now carefully go through select and delete.

Perhaps a 'temporary holder' could be devised into which such collections could be put and isolated?

I always upload the pictures into a new Board such as "Smith Funeral" which places the images in both that board and the Group upload, then when I am done with it, deleting all the images from "Smith Funeral" will also delete them from Group upload.
