Recently in our new space, we have been trying to display slides from Proclaim on a TV via an HDMI cable from a laptop to the TV. No matter what slide is on the screen, every 10 seconds or so the screen goes entirely to black, then comes back. It is almost as if Proclaim loses connection for a second then comes back. We have tried changing the HDMI port and looking at settings within the TV and the Proclaim program. We have not tried a new HDMI cable yet nor have we tried a different TV, I just want to rule out that it may have something to do with the program before we go and buy new hardware. Any ideas?
