Can I Get My Post Count Back?

In an attempt to start getting emails again, I changed my Faithlife account email to a secondary email address. Now, I have lost my post count in the forums. Can I please get them restored? If this is a big hassle, it is not that big of a deal to me, just a nice thing to have.

It is possible but you need to contact Customer Services and ask them to do it
