Friedrich, thank you for your reply. My account has that option for all Logos packages, but for Verbum it just shows the one total price including the features (as if viewing the Logos site without being logged in).

I wonder if it’s because I don‘t own the feature set (apart from L8 Fundamentals). Maybe I should stop buying books until I’ve read the ones I’ve got so far!

I don't really own any feature sets (I may own some, perhaps) but in both Logos and Verbum base packages, on both sites, I show this distinction. I'm not sure why you don't.  if you contact customerservice@faithlife.com or sales@faithlife.com and ask them about it. You should always have the option to NOT get the features.  A screen shot could be helpful so we can see what you see.

I also mostly "rent" the features with faithlife connect essentials, although I do own some feature sets.

Welcome, and glad you are asking questions and enjoying the software...wish I could be more helpful!

    I like Apples.  Especially Honeycrisp.

Thanks David, I hadn’t realised the features differed. Think I’ll just pay up my sub and start reading!

there is a lot of common ground, though, for the bulk of it.

I had already gotten most of the Starter packages last year, but this is generally a good strategy. The Starters have a lot of basic, simple reference resources that range far beyond their packages' denominational labels.

I finally got around to getting Verbum Ordinariate Bronze at a great price. This package has a lot to offer people with a wide range of interests. Besides some of the Anglo/Catholic materials you might expect, it has several works on "Theology of the Body," many of which are priced individually for more than what the whole package cost me. I think I did get one new dataset with it.

I did something similar last year. If I hadn't gotten an upgrade for Orthodox (it was a cheaper way to finish my "Fathers of the Church" collection), I would have considered upgrading everything to Bronze. I did upgrade Anglican and Ordinariate to Silver though.
