Make video foreground?

So, when I output just the "foreground slides" to my venue's projector, the projector will now not get any videos, because I'm assuming the videos are set as "background"
The reason I set the projector output to only display "foreground" is because I use the "background" layer for my overlays, graphics, and logos, which I ONLY want displayed for my livestream output.
However, videos are something that need to also be viewed in the worship venue, in the foreground.
Is there a way to choose to make the videos foreground, background, both? etc? That'd be amazing.
This is the final thing that would make me switch over to pro presenter. but, I really, really don't want to.

Thanks for the feedback Jared, someone else brought up the same thing recently. I think having ‘Video items’ show in foreground and ‘motion backgrounds’ show as background makes a lot of sense

Is there a fix for this? I have a video taken on a cell phone in portrait that doesn't take up the full screen. I need to set a background to fill in the blank space. What's the work-around?

For videos like yours, if you hit the add video button again after having added one, you will have some color fill options to choose from.
but otherwise that is it at the moment
