    I can't get it to look right. I tried to call into support yesterday but they weren't much help. Is there someone I could hop on a call with? The team is pushing to switch to pro presenter if we can't get this worked out for sunday.

    Sorry for the delay. This is mostly a ATEM thing from my perspective. What is it you are trying to do that is not working? The ATEM should let you do both a chroma key (colors) and a luma key (shades of black). 

    Proclaim lets you choose a 'output transparency color' to use for these in the settings., so now it's down to configuring it in the ATEM. I use the regular Key, (not a DSK) and set it Luma key.

    Now its fiddling with the few sliders until it looks right. I tend to toggle the key on and off as I go so I can verify im not messing with the color of the video feed.
