Hi Jeremiah, sorry you're having trouble.
This could be a couple things. Some people try to enter their CCLI login information but don't actually have SongSelect. Or, they do have a SongSelect license, but there's something off with their account. In both cases you'd have trouble linking.
I'm having trouble looking at your logs. If you're sure you have a SongSelect license, can you please go to the Help menu in Proclaim and click "Submit log files"? We can take a look and hopefully give you more information.
