unable to connect to Song select through Proclaim

hello,
Our CCLI song select membership lapsed , but we have renewed it, and are able to log into Song select through CCLI, but not using Proclaim, as we were prior to the subscription lapsing. I tried removing the CCLI link and reconnecting it but it still says "An error occurred getting results";

I'm sorry you're having trouble.
First thing, I noticed you're running an old version of Proclaim. To get up to date, go to proclaim.faithlife.com/download.
Second, I don't see anything in your logs about expired credentials. If after updating Proclaim this still doesn't work, you might try unlinking and re-linking one more time just to make sure. You might also double-check your firewall settings if you have any to make sure they allow traffic from "songselectapi".0
