I need to do some venting here. Concerning the disc's that are dirty/scratched.....That was not Logos fault. They have said as much. They needed to contact another company about that.
Concerning the audio and video....Let's just give Logos the benefit of the doubt here and not assume that all of a sudden Logos is trying to ship lower quality products. This was the first adventure into this type of product. It is a very different world dealing with just digital media versus video. I have some very basic inside knowledge about this sort of thing. My late wife was a producer of safety videos. I still love the product. The overall content is exactly what I expected. Getting a couple of letters from the aleph-bet or alphabet is understandable. I have had way too many textbooks with numerous and MUCH BIGGER problems.
Concerning the shipping container.....This is how I have received like the last 10 books that came on CD/DVD came. I have not heard a complaint about shipping in those containers. I am personally glad that logos shipped the DVD's this way. I will be able to put them into my own storage container and organizer and not worry about the 160 dollar DVD's getting scratched or lost. Even if they do.....I am more than confident Logos will ship replacements if I need them. I have lost CD's and DVD's from Logos and I have always gotten all my resources back!
