IPAD 

What is the command to find all my "local" books?

local? Local:  something else?  for IPAD

    It used to be “local:” but that seems to have stopped working.

    If you click the filter icon (top right of the library pane) you can see which books are downloaded and which are not.

    Selecting downloaded here will filter your library to just show those
