Could you please be a bit more descriptive of the problem? What actions did you take prior to the crash? What were you attempting to accomplish?
Douglas, we need some logs Diagnostic Logging which you should upload immediately after a crash. In fact you might already have a crash log in Logos Log Files or in your Temp folder, but we need logos4.log as well. Please describe exactly what you were doing.
I'm sorry guys. False Alarm. It crashed four times in a row after opening or trying to open the visual filter with a Greek title. It works now, perfectly well,. I think it was due to the indexing process. I richly enjoy Logos. It is the only purchase I have made outside my bible that never gets old. I thank God for allowing you to bring this software to His Body.
